1.1500m Mineral Exploration Drilling Rig Surface Core Drilling rig Full Hydraulic Portable Drilling Rig is a kind of light rig designed for geological exploration in remote area difficult to enter.It is mainly suitable for diamond drilling with wire line coring technique. The rig consists of diesel power unit, hydraulic system, control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feed system, footclamp, etc.
2.1500m Mineral Exploration Drilling Rig Surface Core Drilling rig can be operated in unconsolidated layer, and the slag can be discharged under by mud. It suitable for drilling complicated geological conditions.
3.The main drive of rig is hydraulic and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are also hydraulic operated.
1.Full Hydraulic and Drill Head model. The drill head rotation is realized with hydraulic pumps driven by diesel engines; this also makes the feeding hydraulic cylinder system realize its full stroke feeding in both higher and lower speed.
2.Centralized control console is suitable for each manipulation and control. Rapid pulling and lifting reduce the auxiliary time and enhance the work efficiency.
3.It's a hydraulic rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It can equipped with BW250 mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.
4.With Good dismantlability. The rig is adopted split type in design, including power unit, hydraulic oil tank, manipulation platform and operation mechanism, i.e. the drilling section. The rig can be applied and performed in narrow space for drilling of hole at 45°-90° with stronger adaptability.
