2. Gauge Structure
Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on the heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capabilities and seal protection.
3. Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Balls lock cone. Hardfaced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved, and suitable for high rotary speed.
4. Seal and Lubrication
Advanced metal face seal lowers overall seal torque and improves seal life. The pressure compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricating reliability.
5. Six-Point Position Stabilization Structure
Bit leg back is designed with specific integrated structure, which allows nozzle boss and leg contact with borehole wall, greatly reducing bit vibration, protecting the cutting structure from damaging blows and keeping good borehole quality. The surface of nozzle boss is inserted with tungsten carbide, it can protect bit and satisfy the requirements of high ROP drilling to hydraulic system, increasing the integrate performance.
