The FQP3000 five plunger fracturing pump is a newly developed high-performance pump designed for demanding oilfield fracturing operations. It features a robust welded frame constructed from high-strength steel plate and a dual-side miter gear transmission system, ensuring exceptional durability and torque transmission efficiency.

Engineered with a unique short cylinder pitch (10.5 inches) and a 10-inch stroke length, the FQP3000 delivers high displacement with lower input speeds compared to conventional 8-inch stroke five-cylinder pumps. This reduces pump pressure frequency and hydraulic power losses, resulting in improved operational stability and extended service life.

Despite its powerful output, the optimized design significantly reduces the overall weight of the unit, allowing it to be mounted on a standard four-axle truck-ideal for mobile fracturing applications in rugged environments.
