What is Drilling Elevator?
The drilling elevator is a lifting device in the drilling rig, mainly used for lifting operations during drilling. It is driven by one or more motors to drive the drill pipe to lift and lower. The drilling elevator is connected to the main drive equipment and drilling tools through the drill pipe assembly, and can complete the functions of lifting, lowering, rotating, locking, etc.

CDZY Hydraulic Elevator
The CDZY hydraulic elevator is an automated lifting tool used in oil and gas well servicing operations. During the process of tripping in and out of the hole, the hydraulic elevator rotates within a range of 0 to 90 degrees through two flipping arms. Its angle can be adjusted during operation to align the center hole of the elevator with the V-shaped surface of the hydraulic catwalk, ensuring proper alignment and enabling smooth engagement with the tubulars on the catwalk.
In major well servicing operations, it can effectively coordinate with the rig floor mechanical arm to engage tubulars of corresponding specifications.
The standard elevator control cabinet is equipped with indicator lights showing the elevator's closing status and pipe entry status, providing visual cues to the driller regarding the elevator's condition.
