The XY-42A spindle type core drilling rig can be applied to coring drilling by using tungsten-carbide-tipped bit and diamond bit. It is also called surface core drill rig in general place. It can be also used to engineering geological exploration, hydrogeological, water well drilling and big foundation hole as well as basic piling hole.
1.Geological mineral exploration
Designed specifically for metal/non-metal mineral body exploration, it is compatible with diamond drill bits and carbide drill bits. It can complete core sampling with diameters ranging from 42 to 89 mm and depths ranging from 430 to 1200 meters. It is particularly suitable for vein tracking and reserve assessment.
2. Hydrogeological Survey
Equipped with the BW-160 mud pump system, it can be used for hydrological monitoring wells, groundwater exploration and other operations. The dual-cylinder 600mm stroke ensures efficient drilling of sandy layers.
3. Engineering Geology Investigation
This is applicable to engineering investigations for building foundations, bridge pile foundations, etc. The 92mm large-diameter main shaft can meet the construction requirements for large-diameter foundation pile holes (maximum hole diameter 220mm).
4. Special Engineering Drilling
Low center of gravity design + 8-speed transmission, perfectly capable of handling inclined drilling operations such as those for mine ventilation shafts and drainage holes (supporting multi-angle construction from vertical to inclined holes).
