The 800m air compressor truck-mounted water well drilling rig is designed by our professional engineers using advanced technical concepts and is a hydraulic rotary drilling rig. The chassis of the vehicle adopts a special crane chassis, and the main transmission system, transfer case, gearbox, double winch, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower and feed mechanism are all installed on the chassis.
The drilling rig is a directional circulation rotary drilling rig equipped with a mud pump, which uses mud as the flushing fluid. It can drill holes in sticky sand and rock layers and is equipped with a suitable drill bit. The power of the drilling rig comes from the on-board engine and is equipped with a transfer case and hydraulic system.
1. The drilling rig can use air down-the-hole hammer drilling and mud drilling.
2. The centralized control console facilitates various operations and controls. Rapid lifting and unloading reduces auxiliary time and improves work efficiency.
3. The chassis adopts Kaima, Foton 6X4, 8X4 special lifting chassis, and the main drive system, transfer case, gearbox, double winch group, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, and feed system are all installed on the chassis.
4. The drilling rig is a hydraulic rotary directional circulation drilling rig equipped with a BW250 mud pump. With mud as the flushing fluid and a suitable drill bit, it can effectively drill clay, sand and rock.
5. The power of the drilling rig comes from a diesel engine. The 76-horsepower Yuchai engine drives a large-displacement high-pressure plunger pump with strong power and stable performance.
6. The rotary head speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 100 rpm, and the rotary torque is 4000-4800 Nm.
7. The traction force is adjustable to adapt to deep hole drilling.
8. A generator can be installed to facilitate nighttime welding or lighting operations.
9. The 800m Air Compressor Truck Water Well Drill Machine is equipped with a main winch, which is highly efficient when drilling in mudstone and weathered layers.
10. The main drive of the rig is hydraulically driven, and the four legs and the derrick are hydraulically controlled. The transfer case and mud pump clutch system are also hydraulically driven.
11. The tool winch is used to assist lifting and casing lowering, and the main winch force is 1.5T and the rope length is 40m.
12. The hydraulic auxiliary function is easy and efficient to operate, and can complete auxiliary telescopic, boom rotation, boom rotation and auxiliary unloading.
