BW-250 (grouting pump) mud pump is a horizontal, three-cylinder, single-acting reciprocating piston pump. This pump features two cylinder diameters and four-speed settings. The displacement and drilling depth can be adjusted as needed depending on the application. It can be used in conjunction with drilling rigs up to a depth of 1500 meters, and is also suitable for cement slurry grouting.

Product Advantages

• The BW-250/6 mud pump is mainly used for delivering flushing fluid into boreholes during geological core drilling. It can also be used for soft foundation grouting, mine drainage, and liquid transportation.

• It offers four different flow rates and pressures. By replacing cylinder liners of different diameters, it provides a wide flow adjustment range. The parameters are reasonably designed, making it compatible with XY-4 and XY-5 vertical shaft core drilling rigs.
