XY-44A Core Drilling Rig is a core drilling equipment based on diamond and carbide drilling. It is mainly used in geology, metallurgy, coal, hydrology, engineering and other industries. It can also be used in engineering geological exploration, shallow oil and natural gas exploration, mine tunnel ventilation, drainage, hydrological wells drilling and large diameter foundation pile.
The drill has more speed series (12 forward 2 reverse) and a reasonable speed range, low speed torque (up to 8000N.m), both for alloy, diamond core drilling, is also suitable for Engineering geological survey, hydrological well drilling and foundation pile construction.
1.Deep mineral exploration
Equipped with a 8000N·m high torque and 12+2 speed gears, it is compatible with 42-89mm diamond/hard alloy drill bits. It can complete metal/mine core sampling at a depth of 300-1400 meters, and is particularly suitable for deep mineral body exploration and reserve assessment.
2. Mine Infrastructure Construction Project
93mm large-diameter main shaft + double hydraulic cylinders with a 600mm stroke, specially designed for mine ventilation shafts and drainage holes, capable of supporting inclined drilling operations (low center of gravity + 460mm sliding base ensures construction stability).
3. Hydrology and Energy Exploration
An optional 105kW turbocharged engine is available, meeting the requirements for hydrological monitoring wells and shallow oil and gas exploration. The gear pump hydraulic system can still complete emergency drilling by manual pump even in the event of power failure.
4. Large-scale infrastructure foundation construction
The three-jaw automatic centering hydraulic chuck, combined with the extended drill pipe (DCDMA standard BW/NQ series), can efficiently complete the construction of foundation boreholes with a diameter of φ220mm and below.
